Ray and I put up our Christmas tree the other day listening to old Christmas music and eating chocolate chip cookies. This is one of my favorite family traditions. This year we got a gigantic tree in comparison to the tiny one from our townhouse. Thank the Lord for the Associate Store. Half off everything in the store, but right now Christmas stuff is another half off.
I get in the baking mood at this time of year. I also get in the losing weight mood. Baking usually wins out. Ray asked me to make some banana bread on Sunday. It was definately a labor of love 'cause the smell of bananas makes me want to puke. I also hate nuts. He liked it and asked if it could be one of our Christmas traditions. Yum. I think I'm gonna make some good bread this weekend, though.

Oh my gosh that is so funny. I have been asking Michelle to make me banana bread too. I was so excited because I haven't had it in so long. How is everything going for you guys? Glad to see updates.
